If you are a titleholder of a new motor vehicle, you must complete the Application for Registration and Licensing of Motor Vehicle form (RLV.005)
Registration and Licensing of your motor vehicle must take place within 21 days after a change of ownership. If you do not register it, you will have to pay arrears and penalties.
Your vehicle’s registration becomes void if:

no renewal of the licence disc took place for four years
-
the vehicle is in an accident and is unfit for use
-
you sold the vehicle (changed ownership)
-
your vehicle is repossessed for more than 31 days
-
you get a deregistration certificate
